Hausaufgabe =head4 Brief an McNamara Topic: Is it right and proper that today there are 7,500 strategic offensive nuclear warheads, of which 2,500 are on 15 minute alert, to be launched by the decision by I human being? No, that is neither right nor proper. There are two appalling reasons against it. Firstly, the problem is, that I human being decides if and when these missiles should be launched -- there is the danger of that human being being blackmailed. Ignoring the possibility of the President being blackmailed, there's another "problem" with this fact. Conflicts are I -- and, because that's so important I'll stress it -- conflicts are I, under I, solved by war, war is I justified. So, there shouldn't be any need to I nuclear warheads.
